Anger was beef,
and chickens were too,
and I wasn’t hungry,
at least not anymore.
And a four-score speech
was given
except in complete
We didn’t know,
but they did.
We didn’t care,
but they did.
And that speech,
which I thought
was silent,
actually wasn’t.
And the revolutionaries
rose up!
Against those who’d
make us slaves!
And kill our children
before killing us,
with teeth stained
the color
of power.
And then they won,
their oppressors were killed
and eaten.
And a golden calf was raised
and a new era had come
to which it knew no other way.
And the animals ruled the day

I wrote this for fun! Animal Farm, sure
