Shaking My Bells

Would I be handsome in baggy red pants
and red and blue makeup?
Would I be more, if I were to be silent
except for the blowing of a horn?
Would I be understood better using
cacophonous bells and whistles?
Would I be focussed if I just wandered
aimlessly though my wilderness mind?

Would I be free strapped to a table for E.C.T
or going forever to a job with no future to see?

The soul is not dignified when the body is captive
but the mind is dignified when its scattered to the stars.

I will wear my red pants, my blue and red makeup;
I will be silent and blow on my horn.
I’ll put on my outfit and shake my bells;
I will not be focussed in my perverse dignity
and I will wander aimlessly in the wilderness
of stars that is a T.A.R.D.I.S between my ears.
