Good Morning
I guess I have seen enough of the moon and the stars
And I think I must hit the sack now
Wake up to a yet another beautiful morning
and get going with life somehow
Though life ain’t been good so far
with mission unaccomplished and dreams unfulfilled
All the while I think I should be contented
for I never lived my life with greed
I run no more and I talk no more
and I do see no shadows stalk me
had it not been for the crow of the rooster
I was actually in my sleep dreaming happily.
I wipe my eyes, head for the washroom
Freshen up and attired clean
Open up the window look outside
And greet the world “Good Morning”.
