I Wandered Through Eternity

I Wandered Through Eternity

I wandered through eternity
Seeking the One my soul had lost,
Find Her I must, in Her my destiny,
No effort spare, no counted cost.

Without Her worlds would soon collide
And animal man would disappear
Finding no place for lust to hide
Nor death, nor hate, nor mortal fear.

Now I see Her flaming there
The Mother of the Gods of Light
Descending through the midnight air
No longer now our blinded sight.

For heaven will on earth repose
On earth shall bloom the mystic rose.
