At The Crossroads of Eternity

At the crossroads of eternity the shattered hungry
people stand in silence to compete and crucify
To frighten and to analyse, to categorise the
disgrace of all who are displaced.

They will confine the defect of their times and dissect
the memory and forsake their rights to save the drowning,
And the lifeless wildcat charms that ridicule their tribe
that surrounds them in confusing clouds abounding

To suspend the countless, the confused, the abused and spellbound
They’re unnecessary toiling, their flashing eyes and crashing
spiteful mystic ways that forsakes this rule of days
that has dissolved their excessive wrapped restraint

The misery of thousands searching reaching for the martyrs
amongst whom the bowed with shame seek to disappear
into the eternity of some paradise to control and dismiss
the cursed courtroom immigrants to satisfy their justice

The prosperous, that from bribery believing in the matter
and the commissioner’s of sate and the restless weary
samaritan with no fortune to displace is seen escaping
from the factory carrying pictures of the sinners

The phantom priest is sniffing, greeting the disguised
who with the authorities permission are now sanctified?
The board send out the invitations to all of these creations
and also to the clowns with their drastic plastic faces

The tolling of the bells and the graveyard blanket fog
The pipeline of corrupted commerce and all those that swagger
Violently spit on this arcade as they keep into the shade
With their evil shining blade, striking this charade

The victims creep but flatter to scatter the innocence
of the laughter of the keepers who unleash their bedrolls
In the college and seek to cease whatever levity observed
And yonder can be seen the patterns in their darkened dreams

The experience of this precious morning with its glimpse
of savage illustrations, seeks to prove the ‘mystic hunter’
and the utopian dreams of ownership that cannot be attached
and the restless hungry souls made ready to be dispatched
