More Songs to be Sung

Despite the grey skies overhead
Despite the rain, falling like lead
Despite the rivers broken bank
And the trouble from within
I still can hear those songs I loved
And the feeling of joy they bring

Sometimes a trouble is doubled
And then you cannot sing
Only fret, worry and sweat
Before your bell they ring
But recall that sweet song
And you’ll soon forget
your worries and every other thing

Those songs you loved they are still there
Those tunes you loved release your care
Lift your head to see the sky
Feel the sunshine without compare
Its golden rays fill your eyes
And other songs fill the skies
Soon you learn you are not lost
Your concerns deplete like melting frost
