Macho Boy
Macho boy, didn’t you know that in order to become a macho man you have to earn that title? If you are lucky enough to still be alive, as you sit in your jail cell you have plenty of time to think about it.
Did you know that foresight, knowledge, civility, prudence, and fortitude are necessary assets to have in order to assert your power over people? Leaders of men with these qualities are admired by society and not feared by them. They are the CEOs, educators, and everyone else who is an asset for a healthy society. They followed the protocol of moving up through the ranks of success to achieve their goal. They used their mind instead of guns to gain their authority. They are not hunted down like rats like you were.
Look where your train of thought got you. You used your gun to assert your power over people. You are lucky to be alive. Now you have to pay for what you did. You were a macho boy who thought he was a macho man.
I got the inspiration to write this essay from the movie I saw the other night called "Gran Torino." Those hoodlums sure got what they deserved.
