Tiny Damsel

Hark, I hear a damsel inside my phone.
Must be of tiny proportions alone.
She must have squeezed thru’ a little crack
with a pound of grease upon her mini back,
saying I only have ten minutes remaining.
So what’s to happen in my sudden abstaining?

I shan’t hesitate and shall answer her plea.
I shall mount my steed and go and see.
With only ten minutes, I must hasten my charge,
saddle up my steed by the name of Marge.
Together we shall fly in the teeth of the wind,
on to her rescue with a bottle of gin.

“Tiny damsel, we’re here on a mission,
to save you in response to your desperate petition.
Hello, hello, lady, where hast thou roamed?
If I see you, I’ll take you home.
If thy appearance is anything like your voice,
then rescue shall it be. I have no other choice.”

I will pledge my love to such a fine lady indeed,
the damsel in my phone in answer to her plead.
Ten minutes remaining is no time at all.
What will happen if I can’t answer the call?
Will she suffocate inside the tiny spaces?
Be downsized even more without any traces?

“Tiny Damsel, stay as you are,
and wait for me to come to the rescue.”
