What is cool?
Hip? fly? swag?
Is it what it’s supposed to be?
Or is it just another tool
That us humans use to degrade ourselves
Cool is nothing
But fancy clothes and slang
Cool is money
Cool is cruelty
Cool is hatred and gangs
Yes cool is fun
But cool doesn’t give us a reason to make fun
Of people who don’t share the same views
So scrap cool
And be free
Make the right choices
Follow your dreams
Because if you follow cool
And materialism
In the disappearance of it all
Suddenly you’ll be uncool
