Called Home
She cries
She’s afraid
She doesn’t know
She has no where to turn
She has no where to go
She prays without answer
Her screams go unheard
She’s stuck with no outlet
and rarely speaks a word
Her heart is empty
She cannot hear it beat
She’s beginning to calm
her crying has ceased
He comes through the wind
He calms all her fears
His spirit fills her
He dries all her tears.
He answers her questions
with his word he explains
we’re not meant to understand
But to trust in his name
She leaves this world
her pain is now gone
She has wings of angels
She’s finally called home
