The Cult of Personality

The big name faces, all of life’s graces,
A taste of a hit with a big screen flick,
A trick of the trade, an amateur played,
Mind games and themes made plain,
Twisted and turning ways,
Plots thicken, hearts quicken,
The stars sit in on ours and watch from afar,
They See too clearly and raise the bar to be seen in the fear of reality,
The TV talks to me, it’s so real in actuality,
I love Mia’s mostly, Wallace and Wasikowska freely,
The ones in my house the most,
The ladies that bear the wise woman’s ghost to me,
The masses are the hosts that watch through glasses and toasts,
And otherwise no lies can hide the prizes inside indefinitely.
