Though there are days it seems like everything is just too much,
I feel rejuvenated by your presence and your touch.
Though times are hard and seem impossible to make it through,
I feel alleviated just to know that I have you.
If there’s but one thing to achieve in this demanding life,
Then it’s to love you dearly and one day make you my wife.
With such misfortune still embedded in my history,
To be so lucky as to have you is a mystery.
I’m endlessly in disbelief that we are both united,
Just waking next to you makes me feel instantly delighted.
Stuck in an endless dream, you make me feel serene,
More happy than I’ve ever been to have you as my Queen.
I know our lives are far from perfect and it gets us down,
But I know mine would be so much worse if you weren’t around.
So once again I’m using words because they freely flow,
To tell you that I love you more than you will ever know.
