Flannel Grey Death

1978 - Boarding school - The day I started to die.
Grey flannel blazer, grey stone walls,
Under a cold grey sky.

Grey skinned strangers speaking grey words -
Long bleak and lonely,
I served out those terms.

No good return, on all their finances invested,
But they’d made me by then,
The image of all I’d rejected.

Just tweaking;)

To be read after my other poem; 'He'd wink at me.' ;)
