Dreams

I’m a women, mother and also hitting 30.
I’m not ready to grow up and I still haven’t lived out
my dreams.
A dream of being someone and something.
I want to make clothes for the world and
draw pictures so everyone could see not just me.
I want to write a book that could help so many.
But right now all they are, are just my dreams.
Dreams are wonderful but don’t mean anything
when you just see them in your sleep.
I had a dream I had enough money to take people
off the street and feed kids who doesn’t get to eat.
I had a dream that I could take the lead.
If you knew me you know I only want the best for everyone
not just me.
I will still be happy if I was broke after because knowing
I help save and made a different for some people
means so much more to me.
