LIBA

Falling in love with the physical. Some call it only lust, but it is so much more. To be completely still and take in every quiver of muscle, every out of place hair, every twitch of the skin that catches your breath. Your heart leaps at the way their lips curl up into a smile when you touch them. So beautiful.

Let me see your eyes now, the flecks of gold almost dance to the music of your laughter. As your fingers grace the surface of my reality, I shake, sending ripples along the skin you call mine. But it is yours, and I am resonating pleasure when you glimpse at me. So simple is my desire.

No, there is more to this than material beauty.

Your mind it works in colors, they paint a picture of strength. I want to touch but it isn’t dry. “don’t touch my dear for this is ever changing.”
Chaos.
Burden.
Freedom.
I see the flickering of emotions in your skin. you don’t want to be read but I can read you. Like a waterfall you pour over me your silent calls for touch. You need this more than I, for your light grows cold before my caresses.

As I lay here breathing into you calm waves of wayward thought, my heart joins yours in lapses of time. This fire it burns under my watchful eye. Don’t fret, for I will never let you fall.

Now won’t you take my hand and walk with me? Our solitude weaves notes into this symphony we call life. We’re crashing into each other as two symbols, reverberating waves throughout history. Let us let it begin again.
