The Darkness
It’s so peaceful sitting in the dark, not a disturbing light or spark.
That is perfectly fine, even if it sends chills down my spine.
Sitting in the dark lets us clear our head, we deal with it mostly when we are in bed.
The dark was filled with so much fear, the dark has dealt with most of the tears.
It allows us to slow the gears, resting from hard work over the years.
The dark will never go away, it will just fade each day.
So there is no need to chase it, every time it comes around just embrace it.
