Christmas Star

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all the readers of my poems

One little Christmas star was twinkling alone
Waiting for a Christmas to come soon
One little star that never had grown up
Cried as he shone in the sky

Oh please Mr man in the moon,
I’m so afraid and alone
Could one little Christmas star so tiny and small
can Light up the way to someone’s home

One little Christmas star can shine on a home
So one little child can find there way home
One little Christmas star can light up a tree
So one little heart can find some joy

One little angel who was flying in the dark sky
Cried as she looked at the little Christmas star
Oh please Mr man in the moon wherever you are
May I give him the brightness you gave to me

Then in the heavens came a voice from afar
A voice that was heard throughout the world
Go little angel girl and give him the brightness
Tonight he’ll light the world 'cause

One little star can light up the world
So those who are lost may find their way
One little star can light up the world
So all men may see you on Christmas Day

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all the readers of my poems
