A Fire Deep Inside
You know that terrible pit of fury?
A deep fire, increasing in your chest?
So big in all its’ terrible glory
No matter what you do, it doesn’t rest.
It grabs mercilessly, toys with your mind,
Refuses to let you peacefully sleep.
Negative emotions start to rewind...
And suddenly plays, now you’re in too deep.
Every single moment, of little doubt
Fearing that you don’t actually belong.
Growing too big to simply just crop out,
Because the fire’s, simply, just grown too strong.
So long as you breath and the fire stays,
Control it all you can, don’t let it blaze.
