One Last Time

■I see that you’re in pain, I wish i could take it all away,
■i wish i could read your mind
■so i could tell what you want from me,
■wish i could do things right,
■ but everything always seems to go so wrong,
■ every turn i take theres a detour waiting for me,
■ everytime i wake from a nightmare i fall into another one,
■ one where its only me, no one to help me from my struggles,
■ the struggle of being perfect, being happy, being the one for you,
■ seems like with every attempt to over come it, i fail.
■ if you could see into my heart you would see,
■ see whats real, see what i feel,
■ understand me for the first time since we met,
■ but it always seems like we’re at each others neck,
■ please dont strangle me with these words again,
■ lets just rewind, erase, and make it better this time,
■ theres nowhere else i’d rather then here with this family,
■ i feel so far gone in this storm that theres no calming mother nautre,
■ she’s takin her turn in my life,
■ honestly dont know how i’ll come out on the other side,
■ they say the grass is greener over there,
■ but i’ve been there and back again,
■ and theres cant be grass in this desert of sand,
■ each storm is the same, just stronger each and everytime,
■ just wish the sun would shine...
■ one last time.
