My Mind Has Forsaken Me
Here I sit
With my head in my hands,
My entire body jittering.
My heart is racing,
My ears are ringing,
I’m feeling numb everywhere.
The Princess beside me
Knows not how I feel.
She stares blankly at
Today’s Demonic Ghoul.
She’s both creating and
Fuelling my insanity.
I’m slowly going bald
While I run out of blood.
My nails are gone,
My teeth have disappeared,
I have no more skin
And my eyes see no more.
Like a rag I fall
To the floor while
My lungs escape my chest.
You’d better run,
You’d better hide.
I may just have lost my mind…
