Spring Rain

Cold spring rain chills my body
And yet, the birds fly in unison
As if, it is a sunny day.
The white tail deer
Bounce through the ravine
With purpose.
The trees are budding
And the grass is greening.
Nature lives in harmony,
With this cold spring rain.
Alas, I bundle up,
To go outside
And welcome the day.
