Evolution
I was conceived in mutual love,
nourished with loving care,
educated with academic focus,
employed in our Government Faire.
Rooted in ancestral reality,
seeded in environments bizarre,
fruited with Nature’s intentions,
which help to create who we are.
I married my personality opposite,
earned how to balance the flow,
taught and counseled my children,
until anxiously letting them go.
Volunteered to expend my experiences,
served to share what I know,
attended many classes and workshops,
discovering how we all grow.
I have made the transition from Childhood,
through Adulthood to Senior and more.
My mentors were nature’s reflections
in all those I have privileged to know.
