A scar is only skin deep but a emotional scar can go so deep no one may ever touch that surface to help it heal. A scar can last a life time if you keep it protected a scar needs to be exposed for what it is so you can heal. You must feel pain at some point so the healing can begin so a scar can surface a scar will go away with an care. But if you keep your scars so deep no one could never reach in an help you heal you walk threw life with do much pain and gaining bumps an burses from everyone who has tried to help you heal.
