A Memorial Day Tribute.

There’s no greater sacrifice one can make,
We can only magine the courage it takes,
to say yes when duty calls.
We give honor and respect because,
This is what a soldier does,
When he stands and gives his all.
To give ones life, who can bare such fame,
only the brave can make that claim.
Sometimes there’s just no words to say,
We just know they’ll be a brighter day.
I only know one who paid such a price,
and that was  our Savior Jesus Christ,
He was our greatest example in life,
of making the ultimate sacrifice.

It's not easy to think of those who have lost their lives,
but for those of us who believe death is a beginning
not an end, there is hope.
