Ingraved
Hate is ingraved in my skin over my heart,
The word hate isn’t just skin deep,
It is also ingraved deep in my heart,
This hate isn’t like any other hate,
It isn’t toward anyone,
It’s toward the hurt and pain that has filled my heart,
All the hurt has pierced my heart,
And all the pain is seeping out slowly,
Filling my body with toxins,
These toxins are invading my body,
It is slowly killing me inside,
It’s destroying me from inside out,
It’ll only get worse as time goes on,
But hopefully my body is strong enough to fight it off
long enough to survive,
