A beauty’s flame...

A beauty’s flame the candle bears;
In his mind the seasons tear;
Displaced amongst some memories;
Replace in time by sensory
Overload
Imbalanced road
Intertwined embellishment
Her beauty’s own enchantedment
Her beauty’s own enlightenment

Seek the stars inside those flames;
As children play their childish games.
Despondent need not be the path;
Despondent need not be the way;
Forgetting still the other day

Which travels down
Which brings us down
To the questions that we seek:

It should be a shame to question why
One might whisper to the sky
Of Her secret’s silent sigh -
That there exists no quiet lie.
