The loner
A man of few words
His mind overflowing
With literary abundance
That his lips arn’t showing
Quietly he ponders
Calculating the outcome
So when he speaks
It’s meaning is wholesome
Hiding behind his humor
He strikes like a snake
choosing wisely his words
And which jokes to make
Lonesome in his approach
Shackled by his unease
Anxious moments aplenty
The mood he tries to appease
