The Ballad Of The Bird Boy Part Two

Standing perched on an old birch tree
Sat the little bird boy, years of being cut free
He leaps on down with a bit of a grunt
and looks at the sky, staring at the sun
The little bird boy oh what he did then is
purr like a cat and coo on the wind, but silently
he did, under his breath
cause this is the day he’d mourn for his parent’s death

When the moon went up and the sun went down
You probably couldn’t see the bird boy around
Cause in an old house on this very night
He sat near a fire snugged up all tight
Next to him lay two old gray skulls
each a hole in thier ead which they were shot,
blood splattered on the walls
It was no longer there though
because years and years ago
his parents were murdered
and their souls were let go

So now little bird whom has escaped and come home
sits by the old fireplace praying

Now this is quite odd
cause now this birdman long long afo just lived by his sins
Quite aware how all people change
hes still more human than he even thinks
