The sun has set; it’s time to let go

And the moment’s come to bid farewell

To slights that in our hearts dwell

To anger and hurt; for it is afterglow

Tomorrow’s the future, it’s a fresh start

So, let the baggage remain in the past

And what burdens us, never make it last

Greet the night with a joyful heart

For negative things simply weigh us down

They drive smiles away, in our face a frown!
