Sometimes I want to forget
everything that I Know.
Just forget, and join the blind
return to oblivion
back in the primordial ooze.
Rollin’ in the muck and ooze
with all those creatures
just being formed
there at the inception.
Roll in the mud until I smile
mud that purifies the soul.
Join my hoodoo woman
rollin’ round until I cry.
Touching the beginning
where it all began,
armed to face all the shit
I had wanted to forget.
Then out I’ll come, emerging
with my spirit restored,
and my ass soaking wet.
Primordial rejuvenation.
