Bank Caesar

Bank Caesar
An angry man,
conceived and birthed in cars,
weaned on dumpsters,
reared in shattered rooms
by tattered slatterns
found a pistol
and entering a marbled bank,
declared autocracy
based on sovereignty —
and when a traitor
sought  a bell
he executed her
for breaking the law.
