Dragon
Smaug
Creation unfurled, wings splayed wide.
Gale driving Wind churning Dust, a Scaled Hide.
Furnace gut, charred eye, proud heart, cruel mind.
Greed fuels virtue, motive, and drive. Sea of Gold, See it’s Light, Seething shine.
Rest, sleep, dream, ere the fallen burn o’er pyre.
Fold, fall, succumb. Incandescence marks retire.
