The Flame That Held Your Eye.
The Flame holds your eye,
And Illuminates the sky.
It churns and pierces cloud,
casting light upon the cowed.
It rains heat...
And Fire strikes the dirt
And spears of Molten hell bore deep
onto Earth
It descends: and it casts light.
The city underneath was lit beneath the bright.
What is there to say?
When one dies in a sudden kind of way?
No chance to for one to pray(though it never did hold sway) as the ravages of wind...
