Meaning

Sometimes out of darkest depths comes the clearest skies,
Like the phoenix rising from the ashes,
The sun always comes after deepest night,
Bright crimson fire swallowing cold blackened tides,
The ignition of life inside oneself,
Can only shine brightest after being crushed,
Once reborn one flies highest,
All experiences bearing new meaning,
Yet never forget the past,
Whether happy or sorrowful,
For the greatest lessons are never taught,
But survived.
