Starry skies

She spoke in starry skies
As I responded in misty eyes
With cloudless cheeks
That beamed upon my tear ducts
I aroused my passion
Startling her slender wrist
Her smile creaked of ravens
And all I bounced
In these waking walls
Was her starry body
I priest this feeling
For a momentary glisten
Birds populated the space between
Midnight feathers twirling windscapes
But my genesis was still
Down chained in hades
Amongst ghostly notes
And the call of bugles and charms
Black robed pacing the celestial walkway
Burning with desires
Pricked by briars wrapped
About my temple
Spreading my fancies upon
Sunflowers and razorblades
I can see so many multitudes
Of hope and glory
In the night sky
That lights my way; a star-guide
A vision smirking through clavicles
That envelope me
Melting upon this floor
That seems like home; my mother’s house
I rise in my rain-hued memory
Cement city has a bloody heart
Too sure of focus
To be bedded with such things
These notes whisper on
Through the bouncing walls
But she deludes herself
And sea encompasses my thighs
And I spy on her heart
