Overtures

The summer season brightens up,
With the sun shining with all its glory,
Seven  o’clock,
The end of the shady spring,
The sunshine creeps through the  window panes,
Alerting the need for thicker curtains,
Trees  brighten up with greenery,
And flowers in full bloom;
Folks go on picnics,
And all kinds of games in full galore,
People go for long walks,
And evening parties,
Become too frequent and in full swing,
Hurrah! summer is a season for fun and frolic.
