what would teenage jesus do?
turn the other cheek
or leave you black and blue
He said, I’m gunna grow my hair
hes an adolescent host
and his dad wasn’t there
when he needed him most
who wants water
when you can have wine
no sins to wash
but he’s bathing divine
he likes the sinner man
loves his mortal ways
envies his lack of a plan
and how his path it strays
the forgotten years
with no disciples to tell
unwritten verse
its just as well
