INTELLECTUAL
I’m smart and intelligent
Not in the way you would think
Not like someone with a degree
Like a doctor or shrink
I’m intelligent in knowing
people think in different ways
They have their own opinions
And that is OK
I am intelligent in the way of being cautious and self-aware
Of other peoples emotions and handling them with care.
I can read a room and understand both sides of a debate
With a knowledge to know, you should spread love
not hate.
No amount of books can teach you these lessons
It comes from Self growth
And only having the best of intentions.
