Such a Beautiful place
This world is a beautiful place.
But only if You turn around and close your eyes.
Because secrets are only untold lies.
They are the things we want to change
But change is what we are afraid of.
That is why we turn around.
The lies inside are buried so far deep in the ground
Where the worms don’t crawl,
And where the sun doesn’t shine.
Maybe if they’re buried deep enough no one could tell
They are mine.
But like spirits with lives unfinished,
They come back to haunt you.
To show you nothing changes
Because you did what you did,
