Father

Father father why did you leave me
you should have been there to set me free
you left when I was 5 and stopped caring
you walked out the door and left me staring
did you ever actually care?
because you made life for me unfair
mother tried to kill herself
my life was basically placed on a shelf
I had to be there because your son lost control
he lost complete control of he’s own soul
I was left to care for my very own mother
I was so young, younger than my big brother
I bet you’re happy now that you’re free
you can do whatever you want just like a Bea
fly around and stretch your wings
because you have no stress only springs
springs that send you higher in the air
while i’m down here on the ground hoping someone will care
now i’m 16 I have seen who you really are
I don’t need a father just this guitar
so I can write a thousand songs
to tell the world about where my brother and I belongs
we belong in my mothers arms
she treat us like her special little charms
she made me who I really am today
she is my beautiful eye catching sun ray
so to all of those who’s father’s never did care
trust me being in that situation is not rare.
