Creeping Death
From birth our lives are planned out for us,
No man can change this fate,
Only the powers above can dictate.
Should it be early or be late.
It lies in God’s hands.
Sometimes sudden, or albeit expected,
This creeping death we’ll all be subjected.
No one can escape the judgement day,
No priest or clergyman, not even Jesus could stay.
It’s all part of God’s great plan for us.
Though it may be hard not to be suspicious,
Of all these tales, bibles and fables.
So many years ago, how can we be able,
To put our faith and hope in an eternal afterlife.
I hope there is something after life.
What it is remains to be seen.
But I live in the hope everyone is reunited again,
All together in the kingdom of heaven.
