I see her and I have this immediate smile.
Mom gets irritated when I walk.
I tell her it’s only about a mile
I let her lay on me and talk.
She tells me about her day.
She sighs softly and I play with her hair.
I wish she was able to stay.
Where she smiles with her perfect stare.
I love her so much she’s all I’ve ever wanted.
We have always fought for each other.
Bad actions have always been taunted.
But I am doing better for the stress of my mother.
We were getting tired but we would never give in.
I’ve always been prone to bad decisions.
But the way we are is the happiest we’ve ever been.
And we are full of wild ambitions.
