the cracked seal
one strange day
the sun played warm and bright
you broke the seal around my heart
not much to add or say
it was soon as cool as night
and nowhere did it begin to start
a step of a step away
and a void too long a plight
leaves a breached sanctum torn apart
as I watched you sway
