I am a plummeting plane

I am a plummeting plane.
I see the clouds go past,
And I close my eyes, sometimes,
But I still feel where I’m going.

Sometimes, I feel that
The morning is worse
Because the whole day waits ahead
For my torture and demise.

I can smell the faint smell of water
As it climbs down my throat,
And my seat belt suppresses my belly
After the plane falls into doom.
