A young girl,
Innocent at heart,
Taken from the comfort of town
Abducted from relations,
Treated like an animal,
Fed from others trash,
No human interaction,
Her mind cannot withstand.
Seven years trapped under the bed
Her own subconscious poisoning her head
Given another second chance at life
But she cannot cope,
She cannot survive,
Trying to remain a normal human consumer,
But she cannot be,
Her insides are bleeding,
She is now caged but without a lock,
Remains in history as the girl in the box.
