Poetry; My Passion
Poetry is my razor, my pill, my weed.
My passion, my essence, a field where I succeed.
See I don’t write cause I want a simple tune now and then.
I write because my words aren’t heard unless they’re flowing through my pen.
The rhythm the rhyme
Showing my thoughts in the prime
Everything I’d rather not utter
The words that I stutter
They’re so much smoother on the paper
Showing the essence of me
Translucent, like vapor
Writing who I am through sequnce like Dr. Seuss
Passion so strong it’s lyrical abuse.
Inspiring, Impressive
I write like I have a million times before
Aspiring, Obssesive
The pen is calling me back for more
Rising, Affective
Giving hope through a word
Trying, Selective
Chosing what I want to be heard.
Because my words aren’t pointless like that of most artists as you know em
They’re my heart and my soul in the form of a poem.
