Of Endless Light
It happens at such a time, as these,
a pain and loss to feel.
To escape these thoughts, I seek release,
from those I want to heal.
Of us who’ve lost, go sit and cry,
but strain to say, goodbye.
Go wonder how the here, is gone,
cause bliss just flew on by.
In the stillness and the blackness,
there’s a fear that can’t be bound.
And in those tears that last forever,
lies a pain, no words have found!
But life did live, as through my pain,
as I refused to die.
The trials that hurt, I’d turn to hope,
made stronger, by and by,
Then from the sky, came lights so bright,
that pierced me full inside.
This gave me strength, as through my pain,
I saw my trials, was life.
In the stillness and the blackness,
there’s a place to escape that’s bright.
And in that moment lies-forever,
full with beams of endless light.
