Resolution, not Revolution
Faith in this nation
And the way we order ourselves
By holding fair elections
And then accepting their results
Is the necessary element
for the survival of the experiment
known as the United States of America.
Snuffing that out
As was done to Ruby Freeman and her daughter
for advancing a failed president’s scheme
to remain in power at all costs
and trample on everything we hold sacred
is an abomination which must never
be allowed to happen again.
