If we non-witches here on earth need
a driver’s license, why shouldn’t moon
circulating witches have one too? If the
nasty witches want to be rebel witches
and ride in a counter clockwise direction and
smash into the nice law abiding clockwise
directional witches, that isn’t fair to have
the nasty witches smashing into the nice ones.
They should ride their brooms in an
orderly fashion and obey the laws of
broom riding; especially around Halloween
when it gets rather crowded up there.
After all, the law’s the law.
