Darkness with horns and black eyes
night beast with blaring horns
razor teeth mouths agape
protruding ears gnarly tentacles
probing smothering languishing
spreading the evil to all corners
demonic invasion of the stable mind
marauders of the peace
battle at the shores of Utopia
the loosening up of ethics
the settling in of a new ethic
an ethic dressed in
black and white
one ethic with two sides
a union of the two
in unholy matrimony
a ship at war with itself
with two controlling rudders
two minds in one
satisfaction of each’s desires
of deeds accomplished
hence the nature of man and
the downfall of divine influence
